Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through the Nac Global website.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The product must be in brand new condition, with the original packaging and all items delivered with the product.
Refunds / Replacement May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances
Unauthorized charges or billing errors.
In the event of a refund, only the actual amount paid will be reimbursed. Any claims related to the value of discount vouchers used will not be considered.
Product or service is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photo evidence. After verification, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds Will Not Be Provided in the Following Situations
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incompatibility of the product or service with the customer’s equipment or system.
Failure to use the product or service due to lack of understanding or expertise.
Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process.
Tampered or missing barcode from the product upon receipt.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike of goods, or delayed delivery by courier partners.
Custom orders or gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
